All balloons bought and paid for by 13:00hrs (1:00pm) will be sent the same day. Balloons bought and paid for after this time will be despatched the following day!!

Special Delivery 1pm (9am at addition charge)
Your balloon will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
This guarantees your balloon will have a delivery before your chosen time on your chosen day (Monday to Friday).
A signature will be required from anyone at the delivery address.

If for some reason a delivery attempt has not been made by your chosen time on the chosen day you will be entitled to a £9 refund for the 9am option or a £5 refund for 1pm option.

Please note that Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed with Special Delivery. While Royal Mail attempt 80 to 90% of Saturday Special Deliveries there is no guarantee your balloon will arrive on the Saturday.
If your balloon does not arrive on Saturday it WILL arrive on the following Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays when it will be delivered on the Tuesday)
Sorry but refunds for non-delivery on Saturday cannot be given.

Special Delivery Details
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the balloon a card will be left informing the recipient that a Special Delivery attempt has been made. This card gives a phone number and clear instructions on how to get the balloon re-delivered or where the balloon can be picked up from (Local Royal Mail sorting office)
